RethinkCare is a digital platform designed to support employees' personal, professional, and parenting needs through evidence-based, clinically-validated approaches. It is a holistic parenting and behavioral health benefit offered by employers to their workforce. With 29 training areas, 370+ mini-courses, and 9,000+ daily sessions and resources, RethinkCare offers the largest digital skills training library for employees.
One of the unique features of RethinkCare is that it provides 1:1 access to live Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are available by appointment, day or night, to help parents with their most complex challenges. This includes support for parents of children with learning and behavioral disabilities such as autism, ADHD, and Down syndrome.
RethinkCare integrates with the Apple Health API to receive Apple Health data, such as Sleep and Steps, to provide personalized recommendations to users. It is available in nine languages across more than 120 countries to help users be better parents, better employees, and better versions of themselves.
